Spain: 3–5 business days
Europe: up to 6 business days
Rest of the world: up to 10 business days

4. Shipping Providers

We work with Correos España and Packlink to ensure reliable delivery both domestically and internationally.

5. Shipping Costs (Flat Rates)

Spain: Flat rate 5€
Europe: Flat rate 10€
Worldwide: Flat rate 20€

6. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on larger orders:

Spain: free shipping on orders above 100 €
Europe: free shipping on orders above 120 €
Worldwide: free shipping on orders above 140 €

7. Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or significantly delayed due to courier issues, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and offer a discount on your next order as compensation.

If you order more than one item, we will ship them together in a single package whenever possible, to reduce environmental impact and shipping costs.
